It was not until my late 20’s that I became aware that something wasn’t quite right in my life. Whilst I could not put my finger on it, from the outside looking in my life seemed almost perfect to others, however internally I had this unsettled feeling of being lost, being displaced and simply not belonging anywhere. The more I ignored this feeling the more it persisted and I knew I had to look into it and unravel what it was about.

Whilst my path of discovery at times was somewhat painful like it is for most people, I have come to know and experience that we exist in a unified field of energy within which all life exists and that all life is interconnected. Our physical aspect is only a portion of who we really are and our true essence is in fact Universal. Only a small aspect of our Consciousness is focused within this physical reality and this is the reason why so very often we feel incomplete and displaced. The deep yearning to really know ourselves and understand who we really are is in fact our Universal aspect calling us to integrate it into our physicality.

I have come to understand that our true essence is of Divine nature and that at the core of our being we are in fact perfect, as we have been created perfectly, however in order to experience this alignment in our physical body we need to unlearn most things that we have learnt to date. We must eradicate fear, anxiety, stress and all of the lower vibrations that exists within us as it is the lower vibrations that are keeping us in discord with our Divine nature. 

It is by unlearning the beliefs systems that no longer serve us and eliminating them from our physical body that our True Essence can start to shine through. Only then can we become coherent with the Universe at large and experience pure bliss and perfect alignment within our being.

By learning how to aligning our mind channels and our energy field with our Universal aspect we can tap into the unified field and access guidance and clarity which can assist us in our current circumstances. 


 

It is for this reason that I decided to share my knowledge and my own personal understanding of our reality. I hope that you enjoy the content of my blogs and that you find the information relevant and useful in your own personal life and your own self-discovery.
